Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY
We aim to despatch your order within two working days, but please allow 7 days for delivery.
In the event an item is out of stock we will let you know and give an estimated despatch date.
Postage is £4.00 all orders within the UK.
We are happy to ship worldwide, please contact us for prices if you live outside the UK.
In a hurry? give us a call in the shop and we can let you know if we have your item in stock and rush it out to you same day in most cases.

GIFT WRAPPING
We can gift wrap any item and send it to a different address anywhere in the UK, if you would like this service just give us a call. We will send a receipt to the card holders address. This service costs £3.

RETURNS
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item please do so within 14 days of delivery in an unworn condition with labels attached and we will exchange or refund as you wish.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Package the item in it's original wrapper
2. Fill out the returns form attached to you invoice
3. Put these in a secure parcel
4. Send the parcel to the address on the returns label
5. Please allow ten days for your refund or exchange
6. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not pass on your details to a third party.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
